NotesuponPublicationInJuly2021,MinebeaMitsumicelebratedthe70thanniversaryofourfoundingandthe60thanniversaryasalistedcompany.Wearegratefulforthesupportofourcustomerswhichhasenabledustoreachthesemilestones.InJuly1951,thecompanywasfoundedasthefirstspecialistminiatureballbearingmanufacturerinJapan.Duringourseventyyearsofhistory,wehavedevelopedintoan"integrated"*precisionpartsmanufacturerwithagloballyuniqueprojectportfoliocomprisingeverythingfromrollingballbearingstomotors,sensors,accessparts,andsemiconductors.Inparticular,rollingballbearingsareanimportantmechanicalelementusedinvariousproducts,growingmoreadvancedanddiverseinordertosupportsmallersizes,higherspeed,lowernoise,longerlife,andspecialenvironments.Elsewhere,inthecarbon-neutralera,webelieveintheimportanceofreducingCO2emissionsthroughourproductsusedbytheassemblymanufacturerswhoareourclients.Withaneyetothistrend,wehavebegunaninitiativeinwhichthequalityofminiature&smallballbearingswillimprovedramatically,asanewproductstrategy.WeareworkingtowardproductcreationinwhichtheuseofourrollingballbearingswillleadtomajorreductionsinCO2emissions.Itishopedthatthiscatalogwillbeusefulintheselectionofminiature&smallballbearings.*Integration:WechoosetospelltheJapaneseversionofthiswordwiththecharactersfor"comingtogethermutually,"referringtothemeldeduseofourtechnologiesaseightevolvingstringstoourbow,furtherintegratingtheproductsthusevolvedtocreatenewproductsinvariousfields.
