Closed-loop control suppresses the whining noise (high-pitched whine) characteristic of stepping motors. In addition, feedback control from an industry-leading*¹ 14-bit (16,000 cpr) high-resolution encoder ensures smooth, low-vibration operation.

Energy savings through reduced unnecessary current
Reduced power consumption
We use vector control, which supplies only the amount of current necessary to generate the required torque based on the load conditions. Compared to conventional open-loop control, which always delivers maximum current, this reduces the drive current to approximately one-sixth*². By eliminating unnecessary power consumption, it contributes to the equipment's overall energy savings.
