Function / Technology

QHow can I find the grade of the ball bearing from P/N information?

A

You can find the grade at our P/N.
ABEC grade shows "A1" or "A5".
JIS grade shows "P0" or "P5" by our original P/N and JIS P/N.
If you cannot find the grade at our P/N, please ask your retailer.

QHow much is the rotation torque range?

A

We cannot show the rotation torque range of the ball bearings.
The cause of rotation torque is "ball rolling resistance, "seal friction", "lube stir resistance" etc..
The lube stir resistance is changing by lube quantity and lube form. 
Lube stir resistance is the main reason that disperse the torque of small & miniature ball bearings.

QI would like to know maximum axial load of the ball bearing.

A

Maximum axial load will be different that the requesting life and its deffenition (noise, stop ratate etc..).
Plaease ask us and calculate to you.

QI would like to know radial, axial and angle clearance of the ball bearings.

A

Radial clearance show by P/N.
NMB P/N shows "P13", "P25" etc.
JIS P/N shows "M3", "M5" etc.
If you cannot find the P/N, please ask your retailer.
Axial and angle clearance do not show by P/N.
Please ask us with the P/N information.

QI would like to know the tolerance of shoulder diameter(Lo/Li).

A

The tolerance of outer ring shoulder diameter(Lo) is -0.1 to +0.2mm.
The tolerance of inner ring shoulder diameter(Li) is -0.1 to +0.2mm.

QI would like to know the tolerance of the shaft and housing in the case of tight fitting.

A

The recommendation of the shaft/housing tight fitting tolerance will change by the material, temperature range and its shape.
If you make housing tight fitting, please tell us temperature range, housing outer diameter and its material.
If you make shaft tight fitting, please tell us temperature range, shaft inner diameter and its material.

QI would like to know the difference of internal design "X2", "X3" etc…

A

Internal design number is the serial number for the internal design distinction.
Basic size(I/D, O/D, width) is equal.
Please ask us if you would like to know individual details.

QI would like to know the weight of ball bearing.

A

Ball bearing weight has a variation by lube material and quantity.
Please ask us with the P/N.

QI would like to know chemical, acid resistant ball bearings.

A

Our ball bearings ring material use SUJ2 and DD400 stainless steel.
DD400 is the original material that makes better life and load conditions;
corrosion resistance is the same performance compare with SUS440C.
We can provide more special material for your requests.

QI would like to know useful temperature range of ball bearings.

A

Useful temperature range is changed by lube, seal material and requesting life.
Please ask us in details.

QI would like to know about low-outgas grease information.

A

We have a various grease of your requesting cleanliness.
We can recommend the best low-outgas grease for your requesting cleanliness and applications.

QI would like to know the difference of the P/N "608ZZ" and "R-2280HH".

A

"608ZZ" and "R-2280HH" are difference of JIS P/N and NMB P/N.
Basic size(I/D, O/D, width) is same with each P/N.
