The discharge ICs has a function to discharge the charge of the output capacitance of the power supply ICs at high speed. It consists of a transistor and an inverter, and can control the off-sequence in conjunction with the enable signal of the power supply ICs.
Overview
This IC is a negative output discharge IC for fast discharge the electric charge of capacitor when power supply is turned off.
The IC can be used to turn off the multiple power supply of image sensor etc. And it is easy to control by positive voltage of microcomputer.
The IC can reduce the parts, the peripheral wiring and loss current for a built-in an inverter and NMOS transistor.
Package is small PLP-4C/SC-82 that contribute to reduce a space of PCB.
