MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) are developing distinctive products that take advantage of the strengths of CMOS processes and bipolar processes. Supports output current from 100mA to 1.5A, and in addition to functions including soft start, backflow protection, and auto discharge, we also have a lineup of products with special functions such as output current detection and temperature sensor output to meet customers needs.

Overview

This IC is a 200mA LDO with a reverse bias protection function.
The IC applies to a standard home equipments, for a maximum operating voltage is 14V.
In addition, a protection diode is not necessary because a reverse bias protection function is built in it.
