MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) are developing distinctive products that take advantage of the strengths of CMOS processes and bipolar processes. Supports output current from 100mA to 1.5A, and in addition to functions including soft start, backflow protection, and auto discharge, we also have a lineup of products with special functions such as output current detection and temperature sensor output to meet customers needs.

Overview

This IC is a 1.0A LDO with a low saturation voltage.
This device is offered in the PKG TO-252-5 package featuring high heat dissipation and the small-sized PKG HSOP-8 package. It supports reduction of the implementation space.
It includes a thermal shutdown circuit in addition to an over-current protection circuit for protection, and contributes to the reliability improvement of the product.
