MinebeaMitsumi's linear regulators (LDOs) are developing distinctive products that take advantage of the strengths of CMOS processes and bipolar processes. Supports output current from 100mA to 1.5A, and in addition to functions including soft start, backflow protection, and auto discharge, we also have a lineup of products with special functions such as output current detection and temperature sensor output to meet customers needs.

This IC is a 500mA LDO with soft start. The soft start function can optionally set output rise time by an external capacitor Cs.
