Overview
is a Capacitor–less/Ultralow quiescent current 200mA
LDO.
The IC can be stable behavior without Input/Output capacitor.
Therefore the number of external capacitor is reduced.
The IC can be better low quiescent current and load transient by
bias boost circuit.
The package is a small PLP-4C (1mm x 1mm), ideal for mobile devices.
