FG : 6 pulses per rotation, 5V, square-wave
The switchable 1FG or 1/2FG or 1/3FG
VSP or PWM : Rotational speed adjustment terminal
VSP : 0V - 5V (1V> : stop, 4.4V< : Full acceleration)

PWM : 0 − 5V, 15 - 100kHz (ON-level : 2V - 5V)
(Duty3%> : stop, Duty100% : Full acceleration)

CW / CCW switch
0.8V> : CCW, 1.3V - 2.0V : Brake-mode, 2.5V< : CW
