We have lineup of charge control IC that are suitable for charging 1-cell Li-ion battery and Li polymer battery.
This IC features stable charging by high accurate voltage/current control.
High safety is achieved by abnormal protection by battery temperature detection using external thermistor, and charging timer.
In addition, it is possible to support a wide range of charging voltage and charging current, so can be built a charging system compatible with various battery.

Outline

This IC is linear charge control IC for 1–cell Li–ion and Li-polymer battery.
This IC does not require externally provided sensing resistor
or reverse-current protection diode, enabling reductions in the
component count and the amount of generated heat.

Function to charge control (OFF) at high/low battery temperature ensures safety of battery.
