We have lineup of charge control IC that are suitable for charging 1-cell Li-ion battery and Li polymer battery.
This IC features stable charging by high accurate voltage/current control.
High safety is achieved by abnormal protection by battery temperature detection using external thermistor, and charging timer.
In addition, it is possible to support a wide range of charging voltage and charging current, so can be built a charging system compatible with various battery.

Outline

This IC is linear charge control IC for 1–cell Li–ion and Li-polymer battery.
This IC can control accurate charge current (3 to 1000mA),so it is suitable for
mobile devices used low-capacitance battery.
This IC have multiple rank matched charge voltage for each battery (4.20V, 4.35V, 4.1V).
Charging voltage and current can be controlled safely according to the battery temperature based on JEITA guideline.
